Thank you for letting me know how I have had lost sight of my first love! I am so in awe of You at the moment, that I came home and did the LAST thing that you told me to do. I love you so much that I can not wait until You tell me what is next to do!
If I am ever a Jonah... THROW ME IN THE BELLY OF A WHALE! If I am ever worthy of being a Daniel, subject me to the lions! These men have all come before me and YOU have said that you have the keys to Hell and that I need not worry or be afraid!
HOW WONDERFUL that you created me! That You gave me my very DNA! OH and to think how greedy I have gotten... how rotten and bruised and soiled and naked! Wanting food, or money, or health more than you! How I have taken aspirin when You could have healed me, gone into debt when You could have paid for what I needed, borrowed time when if I would have only put You first, You could stop the sun and GIVE me days!
How I have forgotten the Apostle Paul's words in Revelation where he says that there are 10,000 x 10,000, and thousands, and thousands of angels worshiping you! What have I given You? A "Hey God"? An "I wanta"? SHAME on me!
But ALAS Your Word says that "My people shall NOT be put to shame!" and that there is NO condemnation for those who love God and are called according to His purpose! I am worshipping you now by my free will, by my choice and oh how I LOVE to worship my Father!
Worshipping YOU is not like worshipping man. I have worshipped man before, but he is not worthy of my praise. He sits in the path of the scornful and eats the bread of idleness which is unacceptable to YOU. Worshipping man is like worshipping money, when it is all spent you HAVE nothing, ARE nothing, can DO nothing.
But WORSHIPPING YOU!!!!!! OH MY SOUL REJOICE!
When I worship You, my very fiber explodes with love from the core of my heart! It is as if each cell in my body reaches out and grows beyond my flesh and floats above me ! Getting higher and higher and closer to Your heavens! It is like no feeling any chemical could give! Worshipping you is a love that CAN NEVER DIE, a fire that can never go out! It FEEDS my soul!! I, Your daughter worship and adore You!
